As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and current elementary school teacher, I bring a unique perspective to therapy that blends clinical expertise with a deep, real-world understanding of child and adolescent development. I specialize in working with individuals ages 5 to 55 who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life’s everyday stressors.
My approach is warm, relational, and collaborative. I believe that therapy begins with trust and works best when clients feel truly seen, heard, and valued. I draw from a strengths-based, eclectic framework—primarily incorporating elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), cognitive-behavioral tools, and practical, solution-focused strategies tailored to each individual’s needs. Whether I’m helping a child build emotional regulation skills, supporting a teen through identity and academic pressures, or guiding an adult through transition or burnout, I aim to help each client feel more confident, connected, and capable.
In addition to my clinical work, I continue to serve as a classroom teacher during the school year. My ongoing experience in education continues to shape the way I connect with children, families, and schools. I value humor, honesty, and celebrating the small wins that build lasting change.

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and licensed clinical addictions specialist with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families create meaningful change in their lives. Since beginning my practice in 2017, I have worked with clients facing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, addictions, mood disorders, relational conflict, and family dynamics.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered. I draw from several evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), tailoring each treatment plan to meet the unique needs and goals of my clients. I also incorporate systems theory, recognizing the importance of family and relational context in shaping an individual’s experience.
In addition to my work in outpatient settings, I have experience in crisis management and supporting clients through acute emotional distress, trauma, and high-risk situations. I am trained to assess and intervene in crisis situations, providing stabilization and connection to appropriate levels of care when needed.
I am especially passionate about helping clients develop practical tools for conflict resolution, emotional regulation, and communication. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel heard, supported, and empowered.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, traveling, and following sports.
